Breakfast and supper options

Lunch, served with kombucha and fermented cod liver oil for all:

Monday: Roast Chicken
Tuesday: B-B-Q Pork Ribs
Wednesday: Fish Tacos
Thursday: Liver, Mushrooms, Onions and White Sauce
Friday: Fish Cakes
Saturday: Chicken and Rice
Sunday: Pork Tortilla Pizzas
