Meal Plan Monday

Breakfast and supper options

Lunch, served with kombucha and fermented cod liver oil for all:

Tuesday: Peanut Soup with leftover chicken
Wednesday: Broiled Fish and rice
Thursday: Salmon Melts
Friday: Paprika Goulash (p.86 Soups and Stews)
Saturday: Roast Chicken
Sunday:  Cabbage and Ham soup (p.76 Soups and Stews)
