Meal Plan Monday

Breakfast and supper options


Lunch, served with kombucha for all:
Monday: Sloppy Corn Bread
Tuesday:  Pumpkin Soup with Sourdough Bread

Wednesday: Baked Fish with Rice and curry sauce 
Thursday: Liver and Onions
Friday: Leftover Fish and Rice Casserole
Saturday: Roast Chicken and Veggies

Sunday:  Chicken Soup and Pasta

  1. Hi Sarah. We just got liver with our 1/4 grass fed beef purchase. I clicked over to Ren's site, and was so happy to see all the rave reviews! I remember when he originally posted the recipe, but forgot about it. Now I HAVE to try it. I really hope my family likes it as much as yours does! :)

    By the way, I'm now brewing 2 gallons of kombucha at a time, because we love it so much!!!
