Breakfast: Mostly eggs, bacon, kefir or yogurt and raw milk. One day we do sourdough pancakes and one day we do french toast casserole.
Lunch, served with kombucha for all:
Monday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Tuesday: Fish Tacos w/homemade tortillas
Wednesday: Roast Chicken and Veggie
Thursday: Salmon Cakes and Fries
Friday: Sushi making lesson/lunch with a friend
Saturday: Chicken Salad Melt
Sunday: Meatball Sandwiches
Supper: Generally leftovers, popcorn and smoothie, PB& honey sandwiches or veggies and PB.
